Our Guided and Specific Hypnotherapy sessions feature a modern hybrid mix of powerful and permanent healing work. This hybrid approach is called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and blends the best of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and psychotherapy.
In these sessions, we’ll work with you to uncover what lies beneath the surface through problem-solving, attaching new meanings to events, releasing outdated beliefs about yourself, and writing an entirely new and more healthy narrative about what you think, feel, and believe about yourself.
