IM Shots
Achieve optimum wellness
An intramuscular injection is a technique used to deliver a vitamin solution deep into the muscles. This allows the solution to be absorbed into the bloodstream quickly. To date, the incredible results of IM shots have been championed by the likes of Madonna, Bieber, Adele and even Jane Fonda.

What is an IM Shot, and what do they do?
IM shots contain a mix of vitamins designed to improve your health. They are injected intramuscularly by a qualified Nurse in a shorter session that lasts for 15 minutes.
Our IM shots are the ideal supplement for your body, helping with fatigue, mood management and slow metabolism as well as nail and hair health. Delivered directly into the muscle, the benefits of our shots’ can be felt for several weeks following treatment.
The Treatment
Step 1 – Consultation
Your treatment journey will start with a consultation with one of our highly trained nurses, where you will discuss what you’re looking to achieve, talk through how the treatment works and answer any questions. Your nurse will then create a bespoke treatment plan to target your unique concerns.
Step 2 – Your Treatment
We will then welcome you into our IM room where you will be able to get comfortable on our cosy reclining chairs. All that’s left to do is relax while your qualified prescriber numbs your arm before administering your shot or IV drip.
Step 3 – Aftercare
Once your IM has been removed, you will need to apply pressure to the area for 2 minutes, before placing a plaster over the injection site for a minimum of an hour. Cold packs and elevation can also be used to reduce any bruising or swelling on the area.
Post-IV infusion symptoms are very uncommon, but dehydration is the typical cause of most symptoms or concerns and we therefore recommend you drink water following treatment.
In some cases, patients may feel tired or unwell, but this is generally because patients are in the process of detoxifying – where toxins are pulled out of tissues and re-enter the bloodstream. Once this cleansing and healing has taken place, an overall improvement in wellbeing will be experienced.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will an IM Shot hurt?
The discomfort of accessing your vein is similar to having a blood test, but we will do our best to ensure you have the best possible experience whilst undergoing your treatment. With years of our experience in safely administering cannulas and injections, we can minimise discomfort as much as possible.
How long with my IM shot session last?
IM shots are quicker to administer and can take around 15 minutes.
Are IM shots good for you?
Before any IM treatment, our highly qualified nurses and prescribers will welcome you for a thorough consultation where we will discuss your health concerns and whether the products are right for you and your body. Containing natural vitamins and minerals, all of our formulas boast a range of positive benefits.
Are IM shots safe?
As with all medications, shots and drips carry a rare risk of an allergic reaction. During our thorough consultation, we will look at your medical history and overall health to identify any risk of potential responses to ensure your safety. All of our nurses are also highly trained to safely administer our IV drips and IM shots.
When will I see the effects of my IM shots?
The effects of our drip or shot will be noticeable immediately after treatment. With IV drips, your treatment’s positive impact will be present for several weeks or months later, while shots have a shorter effect lasting for a couple of weeks.
To achieve the best results, we recommend regularly visiting for top-up treatments and following the bespoke treatment plan created by your nurse.
